Roadblock, Intention, Purpose, Isolation, Bureaucracy, Public Representatives, Appointment, Transfer, Public, Society..POLITICS!

Now, when the Autocratic, Arrogant, Non cooperative, Non Coordinating "ROADBLOCK" is "ISOLATED" and the path towards unhindered working for progress is clear of any obstacles, our representatives across the party lines who because of that "ROADBLOCK" could not concentrate in their mission to "SERVE" the people, will:

1) Concentrate and improve the structure and condition of NMC (Nagpur Municipal Corporation) schools lying in conditions as they are since decades, 

2) Train their guns on the pathetic conditions, corruption and irregularities in cement road works, 

3) Besides NMC schools, take efforts and make NMC hospitals at par with Private one's, 

4) Bring forth the corruption and irregularities in OCW, Star Bus, Garbage collection system, 

5) Improve the conditions of dying lakes, water bodies, control Environmental Massacre, 

6) Design, Develop and Execute a transperent and effective system whereby non performing, corrupt officers and employees would be taken to task sternly, 

7) Hopefully, representatives will now be easily accessible and work deligently towards causes concerning the people, 

8) Resolve and devise permenant solutions for encroachment and parking mess, 

9) Bring out transperancy in the allotment of work orders, 

10) Design a system whereby city will have pothole free roads, proper garbage system, get rid of beggar menace, 

11) Decide among themselves and follow the kind of language, behaviour and actions they would resort to in public domain and for public causes, 

Besides, of course, Control "CORONA", it's spread, while ensuring that easy, hassle free, timely and effective treatment is available to all. Hopefully with the removal of the "ROADBLOCK" these age old (alive n kicking) issues wil be resolved effectively and permenantly without resorting to further denting additional holes in the already coughed up pockets of the people and that to in time bound period. 

Hopefully, Appeasement, Dramabaji, Blame Game, Self Upmanship and mere Media Self Coverage Strategy, Religious twists and turns, False Assurances, Fake Promises - Empathy - Sympathy will have no place NOW in the working of our once upon a time "AGGRIEVED" representatives who had to agitate as their "PURPOSE" and "INTENTION" of "SERVING" and "WORKING" only for and in the best interest of the people was hampered because of the "ROADBLOCK" as the "ROADBLOCK" has been "ISOLATED"..

eye candy and personal one to one 

interaction cannot be substituted with 

these mere Photogenic - Glamorous 

mediums of communication. As the 

popular saying goes, Beauty is seldom

photogenic, Evil is. We are slowly but 

surely heading towards social and 

personal aloofness that wld certainly 

create (already majorly has) havoc in 

both personal and social traditional 

culture of our's. All of us, let's wake up 

for we too eventually would be the end 

sufferers of such similar Eye Candy, 

Photogenic - Glamour that's nothing but 

an Eye Wash.

विकास/मिस्टर विकास - सरेंडर/एनकाउंटर: कौन सी नई बात हो गई?

"विकास" दुबे सरेंडर्स....

कौन सी नई बात हो गई??

विकास तो कभी का सरेंडर हो चुका है, काल कोठरी में बंद है, इलेक्शन के समय और यदा कदा कुछ दिनों की पैरोल मिलती है, फिर अन्दर!

हां, इस विकास का एक भाई है, मिस्टर विकास, मिस्टर इंडिया की तरह...दिखता नहीं, मगर होता है..किसका, कितना, कैसे, कब, ये पर्दे के अंदर की बात है। जिस तरह मिस्टर इंडिया लाल बत्ती में ही दिख पड़ता था, ये मिस्टर विकास, सत्ता, राजनीति, बाहुबल के गलियारों में घूमता, फिरता, टहलता दिख पड़ता है। 

यकीनन, दर्शन लाभ लेने हेतु आपको भी वहां विराजमान होना अनिवार्य है। दूसरे शब्दों में आपको लाल बत्ती के सानिध्य में होना चाहिए।

दुजी खबर की विकास एनकाउंटर में मारा गया..ये भी कौन सी नई बात हो गई? 

काल कोठरी में बंद विकास वैसे भी रहता तो एनकाउंटर वाले मोड में ही है ना? एनकाउंटर होना, कोमा में जाना, चुनाव के समय स्वास्थ लाभ होना, चुनाव के पश्चात फिर कॉमप्लीकेशनस के साथ वेंटिलेटर पर जाना, इन राजनीतिसैर्गिक विपदाओं से विकास सदैव "विक" होता रहा है और रहती है तो बस उसकी "आस"...

हां, मिस्टर विकास की बात भिन्न है। वो एनकाउंटर या सरेंडर के खेल से अछूता है.. संभवतः रिजर्वेशन या आरक्षण कोटे में है।

विडम्बना देखिए कि दोनो विकासों में कितना फर्क है, एक काल कोठरी में बंद, लुप्त, आम जन के दायरे से ओझल और दूजा -  हस्ता, खेलता, इठलाता, नजरों में, मगर फिर भी मिस्टर इंडिया की तरह आम जनता के नज़रों से अदृश्य.. ओझल!

विकास शतरंज के खेल की बिसात पर रचे प्यादों की तरह है..जिनका अपना कोई वजूद नहीं होता.. कौन सी चाल कब और कैसे चली जाए, ये केवल राजा, वज़ीर और राजदरबार के दरबारी अपने अपने हिसाब से तय करते है..प्यादे तो बस सरेंडर और एनकाउंटर होते रहते है..

विकास - आम जनता ।।

मिस्टर विकास - शासन, प्रशासन, सत्ता के गलियारों के यार और मित्र परिवार ।।

राजनीति सैर्गिक - नैसर्गिक ।।

सत्ता, पुलिस, प्रशासन, मीडिया का निरंकुश, अटूट मेल मिलाप

संगीन आरोपों में शामिल "विकास" दुबे जैसे कई हिस्ट्रीशीटर किसी बड़े नेता या मंत्री के संरक्षण में फलते फूलते है और आमतौर पर पुलिस वाले (अपवाद छोड़कर) भी अमूमन इन पर कृपा दृष्टि रखते ही है। जानते सभी है, मगर अपनी अपनी रोटी जो सेकनी होती है। नतीजा: 8 परिवार हाल में और न जाने ऐसे कितने जिन कि खबर तक नहीं हुई हो तबाह हो गए। (राज)नीति और गुंडा(राज), सामान्य तौर पर एक दूसरे के पूरक ही रहे है। तभी तो अनगिनत कांडों में लिप्त अपराधी खुले आम, डंके की चोट पे पनप्ते है। 

और हां, "कोई भी" पार्टी इस "गुंडानिती" से अछूती नहीं है। जनता की आंखों में धूल झोंकना और उनका उत्पीड़न स्वयं अपने और ऐसे टुच्चों के हाथों करना, ये राजनेताओं (अपवाद छोड़कर) का अभिन्न गुरु मंत्र है, क्यूंकि आखिर राजनीति तो व्यक्तिगत व्यवसाय ही है। सत्ता, पुलिस, प्रशासन, मीडिया (अपवाद छोड़कर) का निरंकुश अटूट मेल मिलाप ऐसे अनगिनत "विकास" दुबे बुनते, चुनते, गढ़ते रहा है और आगे भी करता रहेगा क्यूंकि जनता की भूमिका वोट करने तक ही सीमित रहती है। 

अब विकास दुबे के मामले में हो हल्ला होगा, कारवाही की तत्परता दिखेगी, संभवतः वह मारा भी जाएगा। कुछ दल, नेता, पक्ष, विपक्ष, प्रशासन वाह वाही बटोरेंगे, शहीदों और उनके परिवारों को सांत्वना, निधि, नौकरी मिलेगी। "विकास", बाकी किसी और कोने में, हर कोने में, चलता, फूलता, फलता, पनपत्ता, बुना जाता, चुना जाता, गढ़ता जाता रहेगा- निरंकुश, बेधड़क, डंके की चोट पे क्यूंकि राजनीति से सत्ता, पुलिस, प्रशासन, मीडिया (अपवाद छोड़कर) का अटूट मेल मिलाप किसी और कोने में फूलता, फलता, पनपत्ता, बुनता, चुनता, गढ़ता, चलता रहेगा। 

क्यूंकि विकास ही तो राजनीति है, "किसका"  यह कोई प्रश्न नहीं हुआ। 

हमारी भूमिका तो बस वोट देने तक सीमित है।

PS: राजनीति, पुलिस, प्रशासन और मीडिया में कुछ अपवाद होते है, मगर जेम तेम। बेेदाग राजनेताओं, पुलिस, प्रशासन और मीडिया कर्मियों के प्रति हमारे दिल में अथाह आदर है और हम सभी उन्हें सलाम करते है। इन अपवादों से परे जो लोग है, इस लेख में उन्हीं का जिक्र है।

चीन, आत्मनिर्भरता, स्वदेशी, बहिष्कार, राजनीति, भारत

जब भी कोई त्यौहार आता है या चाइना के साथ द्वन्द जैसी स्थिति होती है या फिर हाल फिलहाल चाइना से उद्गम हुई कोरोना जैसी आपदा हो, हम सभी लोग बॉयकॉट चाइना का राग आलपना शुरू कर देते हैं। 

निश्चित, हम सब की देश भक्ति की भावनाओं पर कोई संदेह नहीं है। मगर इसकी शुरुवात सरकार को करनी होगी। मेक इन इंडिया नारा कब रचा गया था? उस पर कुछ काम हुआ क्या? अब तक इस मुद्दे पर शांति की परत क्यूं बिठा रखी थी? और अब जैसे ही चाइना के खिलाफ आवाज फिर से उठने लगी, फिर आत्मनिर्भर और स्वदेशी लाइम लाइट में आ गया। लगभग पूरे देश में हाल फिलहाल ये एक हॉट टॉपिक और चर्चा का विषय बन गया है। और ऐसा माहौल वर्तमान और पिछली सभी सरकार ने अपने अपने कार्यकाल में बनाया और सभी के कार्यकाल में किंचित कम ज्यादा प्रमाण/ताव में छाया रहा।

आत्मनिर्भर और स्वदेशी निर्मित्ती हम सब चाहते है मगर जैसा की मैंने पहले लिखा, शुरुवात सरकार को करनी होगी, पारदर्शिता और दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति से ना की सिर्फ घोषणाओं और वादों से।

अधिकांश जनता जो कि दो वक्त की रोटी रोजी के लिए दिन रात संघर्ष करती है वो तो निश्चित वो ही सामान खरीदेगी जो उसके जेब का वजन ज्यादा कम ना करे। और ये व्यावाहरिक भी है खासतौर पर जब जेब में वजन ना के बराबर या जेमतेम हो। हकीकत ये है कि हम लोग सब्जी भाजी भी भाव ताव करके खरीदते है। और ये सब्जी तो हमारे अपने किसानों की मेहनत से, (जिन्हें हम अन्नदाता कहते है) उपलब्ध होती है। फिर चीनी उत्पाद जो कि कम दाम में आसानी से उपलब्ध होते है, उन्हें लेने से हम अपने आप को कैसे रोक पाएंगे? 

चीनी वस्तुओं का आयात रुके और/या उन के जैसे या उन से बेहतर स्वदेशी वस्तुएं समांतर कीमत पर उपलब्ध हो, तभी आम जनता चीनी वस्तु खरीदना बंद कर सकेगी। 

सीधी बात है जो चीज बाज़ार में ही नहीं होगी या उसका समांतर स्वदेशी विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा तो ही उसका यतार्थ में बहिष्कार संभव हो सकेगा। वरना सिर्फ और सिर्फ कागजों पर, सोशल मीडिया पर, लंबे चौड़े राजनैतिक प्रलोभन, भाषण और भावनात्मक चर्चाएं ही होगी।

आज की ही खबर है कि आत्मनिर्भर और स्वदेशी के नारों से लबरेज सरकार ने दिल्ली मेरठ रेल प्रोजेक्ट का ठेका किसी चीनी कंपनी को दे दिया क्यूंकि उसने ४४ करोड़ रूपए से कम की बोली लगाई थी हमारी अपनी स्वदेशी लार्सन एंड टुब्रो कंपनी के मुकाबले। यदि ये सच है तो आम जनता से अपेक्षा रखना की वो चीनी वस्तुओं का बहिष्कार करें ये केवल एक भावनात्मक भ्रांति ही होगी क्यूंकि ये अपेक्षा आम जनता खुद स्वयं से नहीं रख सकती।

चीनी उत्पादों का बहिष्कार करना हम सभी चाहते है, ऐसा निश्चित होना ही चाहिए, स्वदेशी और आत्मनिर्भर होने का हम सभी का सपना है, हम प्रयास भी करने की इच्छा रखते है मगर हमारे सपनों को, चाहत और प्रयासों को बल और गती कर्तबगार सरकार की नीति और (कथनी नहीं) यतार्थ में करनी से ही मिल सकेगी। 

तब तक दुर्भाग्य से ये विषय सिर्फ चर्चाओं तक ही सीमित रहेगा। और ऐसे मामलों में हम ये भी नहीं केह सकते की "ये पब्लिक है, ये सब जानती है" क्यूंकि बात जहां देशप्रेम की हो, पब्लिक दिल/जज्बे से सोचती है (मगर उनकी व्यक्तिगत वित्तीय सीमाएं होती है) और राजनीति असीमित महत्वकांक्षा/स्वहित से..

Do we deserve martyrdom of our courageous Armed Forces?

With utmost reverence towards our brave and valiant Armed Forces, do we actually deserve their martyrdom? 

Dosen't our politics, political system and self centerdness reign supreme over the patriotism and sacrifice of our bravehearts? 

It's a bitter and unfortunate fact that beyond announcement of monetary compensation by the government and posthumous homage for few days, our patriotism and gratitude towards them goes for a toss, while our bravehearts one after another continue to lay their life for us, for the Nation.

Does the administration and the government, after the initial hu halla, visits to the home of the martyrs, giving bytes to the press and media applauding the sacrifice of the Bravehearts, later even bother to look upon and enquire about the well being of their kids and other family members? 

In majority of cases, NO. 

They are left to lead their life, post loosing their near and dear one's, in absolute oblivion, ignored and forgotten. And yes, why only the government, even we, the public have a very short memory. This is unfortunately a hard and bitter fact. 

Basically, we are ungrateful self centred evils wearing a mask of nationalism that sparks during such calamity and/or on the eve of the Customary Independence/Republic day celebrations. 

Once spark ceases, those who laid their lives for us, too ceases from our memory till some other Braveheart/Bravehearts take their place and sacrifice their life.

(PS: Exceptions exists but in very minor minority).
