काबिलियत पर करता वार ..हर क्षण

समाज मे असमानता फैलाता ..हर क्षण

आरक्षण!!
लोगों को जात पात के आधार पर विभाजित करता ..हर क्षण

आरक्षण!!
होनहार के मान सम्मान, विश्वास से खिलवाड़ करता ..हर क्षण

आरक्षण!!
अपनो को अपनो से, मित्रों को मित्रों से, पड़ोसी को पड़ोसी से बांटता ..हर क्षण

वार करता, विभाजित करता, खिलवाड़ करता, बांटता..
आरक्षण करता केवल प्रतिभा का चीरहरण!!

समय की यही मांग, आरक्षण से मुक्त हो
और
योग्यता से परिभाषित हो हमारा देश महान!!

हम पूरी तरह आरक्षण के विरोधी नही है। जो लोग वंचित और शोषित रहें है उन्हें एक बार मदद जरूर हो ताकि वो भी मुख्य धारा का हिस्सा बन सके। आरक्षण देने के साथ साथ सरकार गुणवत्ता और काबिल बनाने का भी प्रयास करे जिससे लोग प्रतिस्पर्धा में पीछे ना छूटें। हम तो बस ये चाहते है कि वर्तमान में जो 50% आरक्षण है वो वही तक सीमित रहे और इससे ज्यादा ना बढ़े, ताकि बाकी होनहार लोगों को उनके काबिलियत, प्रतिभा और गुणवत्ता के आधार पर प्राथमिकता मिल सके। और आरक्षण का फायदा एक परिवार को एक ही बार मिले। दोबारा वो या उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ी आरक्षण के लिए योग्य ना रहे, ताकि अन्य लोगों को भी आरक्षण का फायदा हो सके।

Only those who are genuinely deprived & are in need should be benefitted & given a helping hand but that too should be limited to only one person, per family, limited  to one generation only. This way all those who have been deprived and  isolated since long will get a chance to be benifited. Reaping the benefit by generations year after year at the cost of others need to be stopped. Benefiting few while depriving many is certainly not natural justice-equal opportunity phenomenon and such regressive, biased arrangements need to be wiped out on top most priority. We are not against any specific caste/religion/community, but only against giving opportunity/priority without merit. Then be it even open category, if they do not qualify on the basis of their merit/capabilities then they too should not be given priority.

Equal Opportunity should be given to all, those who have merit will excel!!
