Bonafide Accusations

Just a thought..Is it not possible that as the courts order PIL petitioner's to deposit money to prove bonafides, similarly any one accusing other person in courts too shld be asked to deposit money to prove bonafide & in case of co employee - professional collegue, loss/termination fr Job? Accusing sum one is akin to tarnishing him publically before guilt is proved. Wld this help in identifying genuine cases fr made up/fake?

खेत खलिहान में
हलों से जूझता किसान
मौसम के बे मौसम
होने की पीड़ा से तंग किसान
खून पसीना बहाता
मेहनत कश किसान
बच्चों के अपने, छोटे छोटे सपने
सपनों में बुनता, हर पल
टूटते बिखरते देखता किसान
साहूकारों के कर की हुंकारों से
जीवन ज्योत बुझता किसान

अन्नदाता किसान ?
राष्ट्र भाग्य विधाता किसान ?
भारत माता के आन बान
मान सन्मान का प्रतीक किसान ?

ये विश्लेषण फकत भावना रहित
शब्दों के तीर समान..
बिन किसान आत्मसम्मान,
खुशियां रहित घर द्वार, खेत खलिहान
ताक पे सदैव झूलता रहेगा
राष्ट्र का मान सन्मान अभिमान!!
